Our office hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday.  After hours, please leave a message, toll free at 800-282-9613, or via email, general@baerfeatcreations.com.  We try to respond to all after hours calls and emails within 24 hours (48 hours on the weekends and holidays).  Our office is closed on New Years day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor day, Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.

Our studio operates year round.  Due to insurance liability, unfortunately we can not accept visitors.
